General Conditions

Check-in. Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival.

Check-out. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure.

Tourist tax of 1.00€ per person per day is required at our area. Tourists from 15 to 65 years of age have to pay.
This fee will be added to your bill.

We accept payments by bank transfer or cash.

A deposit of 30% of the amount of the entire stay is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy:
For cancellations up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival there will be no penalty.
For cancellations with a notice less than 15 days from arrival, a penalty of 30 % of the value of the entire stay will apply or the deposit paid will be considered.
For cancellations with a notice less than 7 days from arrival, a penalty of 100% must be payed.

In case of non-arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the total amount.
In case of early departure from the agreed stay, a maximum penalty of three days will apply (depending on the date of departure booked).
A late arrival does not entitle the guest to extend the stay beyond the day booked or not to pay the room rate for the days booked but not used.

We advise to take out a travel insurance to protect your holiday. In case of cancellation of the reservation you will be refunded.
